Ingredients :

1tspn Canola oil

1onionchopped

3 cloves garlic

1TbIspn grated fresh ginger

4 cups Chicken Stock

2 cups chopped kale

1/2    cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Warm oil in large pan add onions

and garlic ginger salt and cook

about.3 minutes.

Add squash broth and kale bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to Iow,cover and simmer until squash is tender about 10 minutes. Ladle soup in bowls and top each with pecans.
