Honey Watermelon Tonic

This watermelon tonic will cool the body calm and cleanse digestion. Decorate with fresh mint.

1 watermelon
1 ¾ cups of chilled still mineral water
Juice of 2 limes
Clear honey to taste.

1.Cut the watermelon flesh into chunks. Place in a large bowl. Pour chill mineral water, let stand 10
Minutes.
2. Tip the mixture into a large sieve set over a bowl. Using a wooden spoon , press gently to extract all of the liquid.
3. Stir in lime juice and sweetened to taste with honey.
4.Pour into pitcher and serve mover ice.
