Morning Maple Flip

This is a great drink for breakfast when you are in a rush, or want to drink something yummy.

1 small banana peeled and halved
¼ cup of Greek yogurt plain
1 egg
2 tbsp. maple syrup

  1. Add banana, yogurt egg and maple syrup. Add 2 tbsp. of chilled water in a blender. Chill glasses in freezer while preparing drink.
  2. Process the ingredients constantly for about 2 minutes, or until the mixture turns a really pale, creamy color and has a nice frothy texture
  3. Pour the mixture into a tall chilled glass and serve.
