Beets are a know energy boaster. An excellent supply of a rich source of B-complex vitamins such as niacin (B-3), pantothenic acid (B-5), pyridoxine (B-6) and minerals such as iron, manganese, copper, and magnesium. Raw beets are an excellent source of folates.
4oz beet juice
3 carrots
1oz baby mixed greens
1 small peel cucumber
1 celery stick with leaves

Clean and scrub fresh carrots and 1 large beet or 2 small beets.
Juice the carrots, beets cucumber and celery. Mix pour and serve.
